I've always thought that anything in shiny-gold looks tacky. The gold really doesn't look nice at all. Too bad they barely look different from the other wreaths in game. It took Santa hat almost a year to get to 50k There were multiple older accounts that had 100s of each rare especially after the dupe in classic. So golden phat will eventually get there with time. I know this info from being there when this happened and still play. (Bunny ears being the first to limit to one and being untradable due to issues with prior years discontinued prices and them not expecting what happened to previous discontinued items). They limited drop areas and times to the point that so few people got the scythe they actually dropped the scythe again a day or two after halloween for those that missed it. The only one they goofed on was the last one they did in this manner and that was the scythe. You could have easily gotten 100 if you wanted. They just dropped in random locations and you grabbed what you could. The best example I can give is the last birthday a few days back. Most people didn't play back then so don't know how the holidays originally worked.
